Much disagreement appears to be lingering on the future of this subject. Some rightfully agree that the perpetrators of heinous terrorist acts should not have the same privilege as the common criminal. Others feel that military tribunal or public court of law should not matter much as long as justice is served and the truth prevails. Either way, what is the big deal? The main objective should be to finally put closure to the issue and the prosecution of these detainees.
We have on one side people such as Hillary Clinton supportive of a trial in civil court. She happens to be on the political side with a view that no harm would come from using our nation’s legal system to prosecute the perpetrators of the attacks on 9/11. Hillary is a member of the party that sees less of a necessity to be involved in foreign wars of dominance and instead find ways to dominate our citizens via Socialist policies. From her point of view, infringement on the freedom of our people to prevails over foreign dominance.
On the other side, there is Rudy Giuliani who is opposed to holding the trials in New York where the crime was committed. As a supporter and a member of the Party that started the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan as a result of 9/11, one can understand that he has no petty for these ruthless terrorists. Given the fact that he was on that day the Mayor of New York City and knows well of all of the events that took place, one would assume that he should feel comfortable with having a public trial and let all of the details be made public. On the other hand, there are many events reported on that day that have been challenged when compared with the facts.
Attorney General Eric Holder is of the opinion that there is nothing to fear by having the terrorism suspect’s trial in New York. Whether one may agree or disagree with his opinion the most interesting factor with these detainees is that many have been incarcerated for more than eight years. How long does it take to gather the necessary evidence to bring these cases to court? One could not help but to wonder if these trials are been deliberately stalled or if there ever will be enough evidence to convict the suspects.
Another way of looking at these terrorists trial move to New York City comes from The Truthers. Having these trials made public then they would hope that many of the unanswered questions that they have put forward could be answered. Some members of the 9/11 Commission publicly complained that many of their questions were never answered. One of the criticisms on the report is that the mysterious collapse of the 47 stories building 7 as seen on this video was not even mentioned in the report. The Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth are firm in their assumption that WTC Building 7 which was not hit by an airplane was brought down with the use of nanothermite.
With different points of opinion on how to proceed with this highly controversial event, it is likely that much could be learned by the public if the trials were held in civil court. Even the families of the victims are split on this issue. It would be enlightening for many learning in detail how these terrorists managed 100% success in their flawless hijacking plans. The New York City Emergency Center, Secret Service, CIA and many other agencies had offices in WTC Building 7. In spite of all of this according to many witnesses’ recounts, there were explosions and other experts claim that there was chemical evidenced of explosives residue found on the site.
Putting into proper perspective all of the events that took place and claims that have been made by different people, it would be refreshing to find the answers and more details under the rubble of the 9/11 disaster. If the analysis of the Architects and Engineers were correct, then many would be in favor of having the 9/11 mastermind explaining how they bypassed security and spent weeks setting up explosives in order to bring down building seven or finally putting to rest all such allegations as been false.
No matter what the final conclusion may be, what is of most importance is to find that honesty, justice and truth leads the way in which our nation is ruled.

No. Olmert, Peres, Netanyahu, Cheney, Bush, Clinton, Powell, all Republicans and Democrats, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, heads of all federal agencies, Poindexter, all of AIPAC, et al, should all be tried in a neutral (Ireland? Mongolia?) war crimes tribunal set up in Guantanamo.
An emergency replacement US government should be formed from 100 non-Masonic citizens chosen at random via, perhaps, social security numbers.
