OWS is already being infiltrated.

The original Tea Party was not Conservative, Right Wing or Left Wing it was about liberty, less government and term limits in order to achieve that. Then the Republican Party infiltrated it and became the right wing conservative elect Republicans mentality that it is today. In other words they destroy the movement by infiltration. Read here the experiences of the original Tea Party.
The Occupy Wall Street (OWS) protests although still new and incoherent it appears to be about liberty by having Wall Street to stop abusing the people and controlling government which is supposed to be "of the people, by people and for the people". It is not Left Wing or Right Wing but they are already beginning to label it as lefties. Now it appears that they will be infiltrated by the Unions and likely the same will happen to them as it did to the original Tea Party by destroying the movement and tainting the brand. Union workers ensue union's orders and let's be realistic, the Unions are in the pocket of those who control the money for they control everything.
Knowing that big money controls our government and thinking that they do not control the unions is unrealistic and naive. If people who belong to unions want to join the protest is good for the more the better but when institutions who control the people step in to help then it is no longer a free and spontaneous protest. The original protesters should say to the unions "your help is not needed" because they are not there to help but to infiltrate it and take it over. Once they have done that they will tell the union members to go home and the protest will be over. If they really wanted to protest Wall Street why weren't they the first ones there?
If the OWS protest becomes as it says in this MSNBC article the "left's Tea Party" then they are already as doomed as the original Tea Party is because that label itself is already meant to divide the people and what the protestors in Wall Street need as the original Tea Party protestors did more than anything else is unity. The corporate owned media originally did what to OWS what it did to the Tea Party; it ignored them and blackout the news. When they began to report them it was to discredited them and confuse the people and promote the infiltration. Visit this link to see how and when the Republican Party divided the Tea Party movement and this other link to see one of those who betrayed it by splitting the September 2010 protest.
In order to win the battle one must identify who the enemies are, especially the enemy within. The original protestors do not identify themselves with any group or ideology they just call themselves the 99%. Those who aim at destroying them will be the ones who will label them.
